My question is, if millions are spent on these new roads why are they still flooding ?
After two years of roadworks in Triq il-Kbira, Mosta, it’s become worse than it ever was, how does this happen?
Is this happening because trees are being torn up and concrete is replacing them so the water has nowhere to go.
The first heavy rain only lasted for an hour so what about when winter approaches, is it going to get worse?
or is it maybe because of the amount of rubbish in the streets that is not being swept up so it all gathers to one spot and floods occur?
Are these roads built poorly so that the contractors get to rebuild them time and time again filling their pockets?
or are feasts also to blame for the floods?
