How are we going to encourage local farmers if they are not being acclaimed?
Will younger generations be inspired to actually pursue their career in growing crops?
Can we establish a way to indicate where fruit and veg are grown as it is making it hard for people to support local farmers. As Cane Vella said “There are no labels on veggies and fruits at the supermarket. People cannot tell whether their purchases come from the neighbour farmer or a foreign country.”
Why is it that people are not buying locally grown crops which are less expensive?
